These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using My Job Schedule (the “Platform,” “Website,” or “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
My Job Schedule provides an online scheduling and booking portal. Companies (such as home inspection businesses) can register, list services, and manage bookings. Customers can choose a company and request or book a service through the Platform.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or harm other users.
You may be able to book without an account or with a simple booking form, depending on how the Platform is set up.
Companies must create an account to list services, set availability, and manage bookings. You are responsible for keeping login details private and secure.
If a company adds employees or team members, the company is responsible for their actions on the Platform.
The service is provided by the Company, not by My Job Schedule.
If the Platform offers “one area per day” or location-based scheduling, it is designed to improve scheduling efficiency. Companies remain responsible for confirming job details and travel expectations.
Customers pay the Company for services booked. Payment methods, deposits, and invoices may depend on the Company’s own process or chosen payment provider.
Companies may pay My Job Schedule a subscription or usage fee to use the Platform.
If third-party payment tools are used, they may have their own terms and policies. We do not control those providers.
Each Company sets its own cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules. Those rules should be shown during booking or in booking messages.
Customers should cancel or reschedule as early as possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to booking limits.
We may provide tools that support cancellation and rescheduling, but the Company’s policy will apply.
Customers may leave reviews or ratings after a service.
You agree not to post content that is false, abusive, hateful, threatening, or illegal.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or appears harmful, and we may limit review access if misuse is found.
Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
We work hard to keep the Platform running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available without interruption.
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
If your actions cause claims, losses, or legal issues (for example, misuse of the Platform or breaking these Terms), you agree to protect and reimburse My Job Schedule for reasonable costs and damages.
You can stop using the Services anytime.
